I would start by reading through the "New Shoppers" area on this forum. It will give you a great overview of the world of mystery shopping. You can always post questions in the forum - and you'll be certain to get answers.

You will then want to start signing up for companies - a lot of them, most likely. There is a list linked at the bottom of this page to legitimate companies. I'd start with the "15 Most Discussed' companies as they are larger companies and very likely to have work near you.

As for the desire to do massage shops... Be aware that you will not be permitted to shop for any business for which you have worked previously. Clients do not want shoppers to have preconceived ideas or biases. Some clients might not want you to have ever even worked in the industry. Make sure that you read the directions for each shop carefully to make sure that you are permitted to do each shop.
