Log in to the company's website. What does the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) that you signed say? Many agreements state the payment terms. You could also open the guidelines for the shop you performed and see if the guidelines say when you will be paid. Is there a Help section on the website? Are there tutorials and FAQs on the website? Go back to your profile and see if it notes how you will be paid and when. Is there a contact person or email for the shop you performed?

Or, if you are unable to figure it out from the company's website, you might post the name of the company. The hundreds of mystery shopping companies all have different payment terms. Someone may be able to answer you question but only by knowing the name of the company.
