Welcome. Your sig line contains a serious error. Many, many legitimate MSCs are NOT MSPA members. That includes some of the best video MSCs. One reason is that some MSCs do not want to support the political lobbying that the MSPA carries on. Shoppers here know that the list at the bottom of this page, of nearly 200 MSCs, consists of legitimate MSCs. Moreover, shopper comments on nearly every one of them are probably a MUCH better indicator or the quality of management at each MSC and its responsiveness to shopper needs than any membership in MSPA would. Remember, MSPA is designed for the companies, NOT for the shoppers, and it has a very dismal record of disciplining MSCs that stop paying shoppers or violate the terms of their contracts with shoppers. Casting aspersions on MSCs that do not join MSPA does a great disservice to your fellow shopper, IMHO.
