Hello! I tried out mystery shopping more than 10 years ago and wow, lots has changed! My biggest questions so far is should I use gigspot or go direct, and is it worth it to get certified, but am digging around in the new member forum next, so I look forward to all the expertise here. Also any answers to questions I don't know I have yet are much appreciated! winking smiley

Hi - Welcome to the forum ! You'll find lots of helpful info.

As for the certification, this topic has been discussed many times in the forum. Consensus seems to be that certification doesn't matter. There is more weight placed on being a good, reliable and consistent shopper with a great track record. Companies seem to value that more.

Welcome back to shopping! I don't use gigspot but others on here seem to like it. As for certification, 7star summarized it well.
