Create a separate email dedicated for all MS correspondence.
Apply to as many as you can to start, see what is out there.
Think about recent retail and/or dining experiences, and develop a couple of writing samples that you can save if you need to submit with profiles.
Grammarly is a good extension to add to your browser.
