Restarting mystery shopping

Hi, I did some mystery shopping about 15 years ago and am starting to pick up some shops again for a little extra money. It's interesting to see what has changed and what hasn't.

I've had an on-again, off-again relationship with mystery shopping since 2007. Lately I have been doing a lot more merchandising, if for no other reason it's been a more reliable income stream.

I took 3 years off between 2016-2019. I was surprised that when I started back up, intial fee offers had actually gone down for some of the shops I had done before. I'm guessing one of the things you haven't seen change are the low fees on some of the shops. I know MF is still paying the same starting fees for several of their FF clients that they were 10 years ago.
