and was curious if they pay on time, and how they generally treat their workers?

Are they strictly on the merchandising side or do they have mystery shops as well?

BTW, there is a thread on Volition.com under the merchandising section. It looks like there is also recent feedback.

As far as I know they only do merchandishing.I was offered 35+ hours per week,all locations within a 10 mile area from my home.

Then look at Volition. The feedback is as recent as this week.

Thanks for the volition tip.I just read some of the recent posts.Seems they pay on time,the pay is a little low but I think I might work for them just to fill in with my normal mystery shops.I like the fact that all the jobs are so close to
where I live.

You gotta love it when a plan comes together!

Beware-they are famous for 10 minute jobs and you get 10 minutes pay. Very not worth the gas.

If I got stuck with a 10 min job, that would only happen one time-I'd be outta there.

I do not know anything about any of the companies that I just posted but one thing, my personal preference, if it has anything to do with Market Force, STAY AWAY!

I used to work for Market force and like many other shoppers, one day
I get a congratulations email for completing my 400th shop for them and then a
couple of days later I was de-activated and they never would tell me why
and I didn't pursue it. I figured it wasn't worth it.I didn't want to work
for the jerks anymore anyway,I was sick of those sh_t burgers.

I forgot to put in my last post,thanks for the list.I have a friend that works for
Advantage(central TX)and I saw her today and she told me they were in the process of letting full time people know that they were going to become part-time employees,that sucks,plus they used to pay for the employees gas but
not anymore.Luckily my friend gets to remain full-time.

Stay away from Retail Integrity too. They pay low for a lot of work in Wal-Mart. I worked with them for a few months last year and finally threw in the towel. A lot of hassle for a little pay.

There are two very different faces to MF. One is one I do a lot of work for and that's the Certified side that is almost all merchandising. The blue portal is the one that everyone talks about being deactivated from. I was deactivated from that a couple of years ago, but have continued to do a lot of well paying bonused merchandising work. So they must run them as different entities because they wouldn't give me the time of day or may lie to me about the time on the blue portal.

Driveline pays me for most my work. You get to enter in time and mileage yourself so unlike others that say "32 miles away" when it takes and hour and half to get to it, you actually get paid the proper mileage. They are like other corporations though. They want to pay as little as possible to get as much work done. Pay you though in a coverage area and you can set your own schedule so put Mystery shops in along the way and get the mileage there covered.

I had to edit to clerify. I didn't mean that Driveline hasn't paid on work, but that most of the work I get paid to do comes from Driveline. Everything else is added in.

I would like to add Lawrence Merchandising to that list, please! www.lmsvc.com. I love working for them, and am going on 3 years. They do not have a ton of openings, but it is steady work with fair pay and you can always reach someone. I work a little for the purple portal still, but soon to give them up. The forms are ridiculous, they can never be reached, and they pay so poorly I would have to do 150+ jobs a month for them to survive.

greetings: I have been working for Driveline for one year, very happy get milage and drive time. I have a weekly route and did many resets and new stores with a number of 60 plus hours weeks. nice pay checks currently they have a new territory plan and I lost a number of accounts in stores but gained others talk to the DM for Driveline they are the key to the smooth working environment.

I do not know where all of the people posting on this site are located. I know it is not in the mountains that comprise KY-VA-WV. I have worked for Driveline for quite a number of years and have never been paid mileage or drive time. In fact, I have been a merchandiser for 11 years and have worked for no company, except on the occasional job, been paid mileage or drive time. Maybe the companies have forgotten that gas plus wear and tear on our cars costs just as much here as in the city.

Crossmark should be removed from that list. Take my word for it!

I have a question about driveline. I did a google search and found a website that had a lot of negative comments about the company. Could you provide a website? Thanks.

As for MarketForce, they did deactivate me from the merchandise side of their business without explanation and when I finally asked about it, they "claimed" they couldn't verify that I was told by a department manager not to come to the store because they were preparing for a big store-wide event. If that's true, then the professional and considerate thing to do is to let people know.
