Hard to Deal With

I have an assignment where the store manager would not tell me if the signage or products had arrived. I did a recall to check and was told that all the merchandise had been put out and he had not received the signage. He told me he was going to make his own signs. Somehow I dread showing up tomorrow to do my thing. What do you do when the folks will not work with you.

Write it in the report. That is all you can do. If it is the purple portal be prepared for them to cancel the payment due. Not fair but then the purple portal people are behind a desk in some other country sometimes and have never set foot in a backroom to see what we deal with....
