Why do I need to climb a ladder for a standee install ?

I did once a standee install by myself and the level was "moderately difficult".
It took me too much time but this time, I want to do one with the level "easy". In the paperwork, it says "You must be physically able to climb a ladder and lift over your head".
But nowhere in the paperwork for the old and new standee, I saw how and why to use a ladder ?
Also, at the theater, they never offered me to use a ladder.
So why do I need to climb a ladder and lift over my head ?

Maybe you don't, but maybe they copied and pasted the instructions from a job that required it.

Yes I think it is just standard things they say that often have nothing to do with the actual job.

I usually have a 2 step folding step ladder with me just in case. Some of the standee's are 8-9 ft tall and sometimes part of the assembly needs to be done when they are stood up. Never ran into one that required me to lift anything above my head though. As others have said it sounds like just general requirements not specific to this standee.

I once saw an install listed as "easy" that involved possibly installing several banners. For this purpose, you would need to be comfortable using a ladder or even a lift.

It depends on how tall you are. If you're short like I am, I often use a two-step ladder to assemble the bigger standees.
