Snap Audits

I have also seen the downward spiral of fees. The fees for the apps in my area are getting smaller. 176 questions and 80 photos just doesn't inspire me at $6.75. On the plus side I have found that there is someone who snaps up all the easy ones, then either screws them up or can not do them all in 2 hours, then they are re posted at a couple of bucks more. Then they are worth putting my shoes on and driving the 2 miles to catch 3 or 4 at $9.00 all within a few blocks. 3 photos and 6 questions. Love those! Wish there were more.

1 year, 5 days to retirement. Amen to that, brother.

I just wrote a nice long reply to yours. Basically, I agree with you. The other points were: I don't take less than $15 for job, travel, and report per hour; we should make a private list for those of us working decades to make good informed decisions, and lastly, that I feel sorry for Snap Audits and Tammy, in particular, that we are using this forum, but BRAVO us! for having a good intelligent conversation-it wasn't always like this. Drats. I have learned to copy my work ALWAYS because you lose it too much... and this time I did not. Sigh. Let's see if it goes though now.
Anyone else still waiting on the 7Eleven kits for the assignment that starts tomorrow? On my portal there is not a tracking number associated with the kits which tells me they haven't been shipped. If that is the case and I have to wait until Thursday to receive them after calling Snap on Tuesday, then my first four assignments will be late. Remember that these stores can only be done Mon-Fri 7-3,

Please email me at Tlittle@snapaudits.com with your name. I have the tracking. It all has not been loaded in the portal, but all have shipped.

I agree with all the comments everyone is making. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way, and it won't, as long as they have a never ending stream of new IC's to pick up the work. It's a numbers game to them, they don't care who does the work as long as it gets done, as cheaply as possible.

Don't fool yourself, they may work with you and even bonus hard to fill jobs/ areas, buy once they have built their base of contractors they wont. That's why they hire anyone who breathes. Take a look at some of the threads on the mystery shopping forum regarding the trend of lower fees for mystery shopping. I have some gig apps on my phone that pay $2 to $4 for jobs that used to pay $12 to $15 just a few years ago. They are hoping people pick these up as they are out and about. And they do, they get snapped up quick.

I agree that the business relationships should be a two way street, but it never will be. I am so glad that I will be fully retired in a few years and not have to play the game.

Most merchandising companies in particular get themselves in trouble with this "anybody that breathes" mentality.

1. The more people you have on board that are warm bodies, the more you spread out the work. And usually, it's the good and professional people who take enough and find work elsewhere to make up for the $$ they've lost.. Leaving nothing in the workforce of "company A" but warm bodies. Usually with no experience, no professionalism, no clue what they're doing.

2. The company, who originally thought the more the merrier, now find themselves losing contracts right and left. Warm bodies aren't very reliable. They don't care much about quality. The fake stuff up (see the thread on that one). Warm bodies, from my experience, are looking for a mostly free ride.

3. I'll bet you the quality on those $2 - $4 jobs is well .... $2 - $4 worth of quality. *shrug* The warm bodies around here are picking them up, like where you are. I won't do them. I have more respect for my time than that. smiling smiley

Yes, I have been paid several times and always when they say. When you sign up for a job it tells you the payout date.
Tammy, nothing at all to do with Snap. Just another observation about how times are changing.

And I the only one that prefers old school black and white planos instead of these newer ones that look like children's picture books? I swear the old style ones, for literate people, are easier to use!
I just came to know that Cast retail (castforce) is subcontracting their work to snapaudit. so expect no new project in Cast portal and expect lower pay from snapaudit.
Anyone else suddenly have their score totally trashed for no apparent reason? Odd.
@adilb don't worry about their scoring system, they will eventually come back with the new platform and new names like Cast Corp, Cast Retail, Cast Shop, Cast Force, Cast Power, Cast XYZ.. at that point this point/score will not matter smiling smiley

I keep receiving robo calls I have late work and I must complete all and report immediately. Threatening I won't be allowed to work for them if I don't complete all, even work that doesn't start until next week and threatening to charge me for kits on work that isn't even due. Is this just me or others getting these calls?
I am an employee and still get annoying emails. I get warning emails for jobs that still have four of the seven days left for completion. It just must be an industry wide procedure. They can't call me as I have refused to set up my voice mail. I don't get robo calls or silly people assuming that because they left a VM telling me about a job, that I will automatically accept and show up for what ever they left a VM about. Saves on hurt feelings and disappointment on the part of schedulers.
Please call me. I pulled the list myself for those robo calls.

Tammy why you guys ignored your current Cast employees and started giving projects to ICs? Do you guys have any business ethics? or you guys are here to just make money?
We do Cast overflow work along with other companies and clients of our own. I can't tell you what they are doing. I work for Snap. If you call me I will see what work I have available.
If you do CAST overflow work, WHY are our checks coming from CAST headquarters??? I don't care one way or the other, but my gosh. Have some integrity. It isn't like we haven't figured it out.
Come on Tammy, do you think I am from Mars or jupiter?

1) Here is your email address from Cast retail "tlittile@castretail.com"
2) I received CAST Onboarding Packet from you

Please don't play games. You guys are already playing by changing different names. If you will not support your employees then definitely you will not be able to run your business very long.

You guys have business - MAKE money, don't ignore your employees and also DONT play games.

So when and how does Snap approve invoices? Pay day is 2 days away and not 1 invoice approved. This is 2 months of work not approved, I've never dealt with a company like this.
There's nothing strange about Snap Audits. I've been working for this company for 6 months and never had a problem of not getting paid. They paid on time as scheduled and most of the products are shipped to my home to take to the store. I really enjoyed the extra income on a monthly basis. This company is not a scam.
I finally signed up out of curiosity of the projects they have in my area. I keep getting calls and voicemails from them that I haven't logged in in about a month so they want to know if I'm still interested. They want to deactivate me if I'm no longer interested. but some people just get busy and don't have time for projects. The phone calls are annoying, and leaving a bad tasted in my mouth about this company, as if I didn't have one before. Leave me alone and I'll log in when I have time, what's so wrong with having an account and not logging in for a little while? It's only been a month!

I am completely opposite, haha. I've signed up with a few companies who all want my information like yesterday, and so I get them everything they ask for, including I9 paperwork and background checks and the whole 9 yards, but then I never hear from them again! I've seen the same ads running for months, and yet they never contact me. They have me listed as an employee, and I can apply for jobs, so I don't know.. Whenever I check the job boards my status just says "rep has applied", but that's it. No email, no call, nothing. They could at least tell me if I'm not qualified, or that they filled the position already, or something.

Of course, the one company that called me a couple of times and really seemed interested had a requirement of purchasing workers comp., which I am not interested in at this time, so I had to pass on that one.
I wasn't implying they are a scam. I just would like to see my invoices get approved in a timely manner to be sure there isn't any problems. I have called and emailed only to hear nothing back. I have done hundreds of dollars worth of work and it stills says I'm owed 0 tomorrow.
I have just started withsnap audits, I have made numerous calls over the past few days about payroll and I am not getting any responses from anyone can you please pm me. I would like to know if I'm getting a paycheck .

Mod note: email address removed. The Forum does not encourage publicly displaying personal email addresses for safety reasons .
Not that it's any help, but I've noticed most of my stuff tends to get approved the day "of".
@Tammylittle, is workers comp insurance a requirement to sign up with Snap Audits? I tried to sign up with your company, but I don't have this insurance.
