NARMS / World Alliance

I dislike the changes since they became World Alliance. I used to be able to specify daytime only, no IC work, part-time only. I used to be able to specify email contact only. I am tired of getting calls while I am working for things that I am not in the least interested in. Then the person calling gets snotty when I stop her speech with " is this an IC position?" When she says yes, I tell her I am not accepting an IC work at this time. If I don't recognize the number, it doesn't get answered now. It would save everyone wasted time and effort if they would just let us list what we are looking for.

Yes, I too like the old NARMS site MUCH more than this World Alliance. This new site is NOT user friendly at all, and like you say, it's nearly impossible to filter out searches in the way that is best for you. I only check the site once or twice a year now.....so not worth it!!

Luckily I have a few good companies that I work for and rarely go to their site.
Most companies contact me and I decide if want to work for them,
Otherwise I get a few good leads from all of you here,

How I got my current merchandising positions was from NARMS. I don't get anything that's worth a darn from the WA site now.
