InTouch limits?

I tried to self assign this morning and was limited to 3 shops. I have shopped for them for years and never had a problem, cancelled or missed a shop. Has anyone else been limited in this manner?

The restriction is from the iSS platform, not the individual MSC.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
