They pay their District Managers $10.50 an hour, Split @#$%& AND weekends. I asked to be removed from their negative emails where they scream at everyone every Friday for 3 pages for one or two people not completing an assignment and they deleted my account and did NOT send 1099.

Anywho, write to your regional manager. Their name should be on that Friday email.
You will be W-2, not 1099.
And GOOD luck with that!

So many companies allow this! It's ridiculous. Sometimes we get them on Mondays, yelling at all of us in advance for the same people who will not do their work again and still keep their jobs.

I typed Split S h i f t.......not any profanity but the program, I guess, changed my word or I spelled it wrong.
You spelled it wrong. When I quoted you, the original was there.

That little person who is the district manager in my area deleted my entire account when I asked for her rude emails to store and I didn't write down or invoice for the 2nd part of 2017. RUDE!
