"HAZMAT Shop Changes - URGENT!!"

Anyone else receive/feel this email was a bit on the crazy side. A certain scheduler needs to take a deep breath I think...

I did not get the email but I did two of these shops yesterday. Hope I did them right. What was the email saying?
Said she sent emails trying to trying to help but if you do it wrong its not on her you should have read the guidelines

I think it was kind of urgent. I did a few this week and would have shipped ground though I never bothered to read the first mail she sent out since I was not doing any hazmat jobs on that date.

I agree with that. She didn't have to send any email at all.

I suspect that she's going to have shoppers freaking out after they paid to ship ground because they didn't read the guidelines.
Well it's wonky because the shop notes at the top of the report form still say to ship ground (or they did a few days ago) and last week the email she sent out also stated that, even though the guidelines were updated on the 18th. I emailed her on the 18th before doing my shop and she said to ignore shop report notes and her email and follow the guidelines. But I hate contradictions, they make my skin crawl. When shop guidelines are changed everything should be updated immediately.
