I doubt you'll get a reply. It's against forum rules to link the client and the MSC within a thread. Either one can be named, but never both. You've named the client and asked for the MSCs that service them. Answering you would violate forum rules. A moderator would just remove the post anyway if somebody were to reply.

BTW, it's usually a part of the IC contract each shopper signs with the MSCs too.

The person is asking about merchandising companies.
Not mystery shopping.
Yes, merchandising is a different animal entirely. Merchandising companies and their clients would be fine with it.

Is there still a prohibition on the forum when speaking of merchandising companies and their clients? I assume that forum rule applies unilaterally, regardless of the company type. Feel free to correct me if that's wrong.
I work with a lot of different merchandising companies; some as an IC and some as an employee. With each of them, I sign a confidential document. So, I agree with JustForFun.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
The companies I do merchandising work for do not care if we mention who their clients are and this information is on their public websites. They don't want us discussing project specific details, however.
There is no secret. We are in the stores wearing badges that identify the companies we work for.

Former mystery shopper, current merchandiser.
Since I am semi-retired from this, and these companies advertise openly I feel the names I list DO NOT violate any TOU.
