It gives me a warning in big red letters, says to close app, refresh, try again. Same result. No "next" button, can't answer questions, take photos, nothing. Scheduler was trying to help, said to complete the job and upload after I get home. But the app won't let me answer the questions, take photos, nothing.
I am in a rural area with very poor (like nonexistent) "data cellular networks" availability.
Suggestions? I drove 60 miles, spent 45 additional minutes in the store, and 45 minutes on the phone with the scheduler, all for naught.
When this happened to me, I reported from home. This was back when SPAR first got their mobile app; I was not able to report same day due to the app issue (and it was held against me later as they require same day reporting and don't care that their app is a piece of #$%& ).

Thanks. I was able to e-mail myself the LOA and the guidelines, which I printed out at home. But not the survey, so I didn't know what notes to take so I could answer the questions on paper and then fill out when I got back home.
