Survey.com contacts PLEASE

Does anyone know how to contact a live person, preferably by phone, at this company. I am trying to collect a reimbursement that I am owed, and have documentation of for miles and miles, but I'm frustrated trying to deal with anyone using their messaging system. Its like their brains have all turned to mush or they lost the ability to read and write English, I don't know. At this point I've spent more time trying to collect than the amount I'm owed, but I don't care, its the principle now!

I gave up on them millions of years ago. 2016, I get a letter about The Statute of Limitations. They sent me a check for $80 after 7 years because of some law. It was a surprise but I did get my money. You could send a complain to BBB if they don't reply.
I got tired of answering ten to fifteen minutes worth of questions and then being told I didn't qualify for the study and getting 3 points (equal to $0.03). I think I should be disqualified after I'm asked my age, gender, zip code and income and race which should only take a minute or two.

I have gotten Paypal payments for all the points I accumulated though.
I quit on them the first time they weaseled out of paying me. They just didn't have any record of me doing those surveys, but if I could supply the survey numbers they would get right on it. It was only 4 or 5 dollars but I could see which way things were going.

The only one I've made anything from is OP4G, which should be good for maybe $10 a month. I don't do them anymore, but they always paid.

Yeah, I was told the same thing when I told them the survey glitched and couldn't be completed after a half hour of answering questions, but I had no way of knowing what the survey number was.

They also told me they have no control over what the companies that actually host the surveys do. Survey.com is just a middle man where you find surveys from multiple survey providers.

Also, some of their surveys will just end up clocking trying to change to the next page. I found they don't like the older version of Chrome I use, but sometimes the older version of Firefox will work for that particular company. I can't remember which one it is. I run Windows XP and can't update Chrome or Firefox to the latest versions since they no longer support Windows XP.
