Do msc hire schedulers overseas?

I'm asking because every time Trend Source or Certified has called me to offer me a job, I can barely understand them. They have strong accents and not much grasp of the English language. Do msc outsource their schedulers?

I received a call from Trend Source this afternoon and let it go to voice mail. I could hardly understand a word he said. I'm not returning the call. All I could understand was "Frederick from Trend Source."

Certified used to have schedulers in the upstate New York area, and Trendsource used to call from the West Coast. If they are outsourcing this must be pretty new.

I think I had one call me. They wanted to know if West Virginia was close to Wisconsin, because they were on the list near each other.

No --- that would be the alphabet, not geographic location.

LOL! One MSC has editors in the Phillipines. Really easy communicating with them. I'd get up to find a question from them, reply and they wouldn't see it until the middle of the night so the earliest I could hear back would be the next day. But now that I think about it, they never would respond anyway!
