I think that JobSlinger Plus (JSP) has been a Godsend to me and I was lucky enough to discover them within a few days (about a year ago) of my becoming a Mystery Shopper and Merchandiser. So with their help and subscription service, that pretty much catapulted into the Mystery Shopping and Merchandising realm. I think the service that they offer is priceless, since it rapidly helps me find, apply, and often get the shops that I want.
HOWEVER, since the past month, I have been getting empty emails from JSP telling that “X” amounts of shops are available in my area, however there are never any shops listed in those notification emails. I am receiving about 5 to 7 “empty” emails from them a day, yet the bulk of my emails from them each day have available shops listed in them. I have been in contact with the JSP people for the past week and all they are telling me is that they are looking into the problem. Yet nothing is happening, other that I keep getting the “empty” emails each day. GRRRRR!!!
In addition to that problem, since the past month, ALL of my emails listing available shops, no longer contain the shop fee, so now I have to manually check out each available shop individually to see what the shop pays. I have been in contact separately with the JSP people about this problem for the past week and they have been totally non-responsive to me and will not even acknowledge two letters I sent to them about this problem.
Up until the past 7 days, I had only high praise for JSP, because they always handled my problems in a very quick and efficient manner during the 12 months I have subscribed to their service. However just trying to get help with these two problems as of late, all I can say now is that their customer service SUCKS BIG TIME! GRRRRR!!!
Anyone else having these 2 troubles with JSP lately, and did they solve your problem?
