I do all my reports online. I've seen a very limited amount of companies which allow you to do a report by calling it in. Most companies give an option for receipts---e-mailing, scan and upload, or fax.
Both of my companies require that I scan or email. All must be kept 60-90 days. Keep them until you do your taxes. Keep track of all your mileage. I do taxes & can answer questions. I do a home office & it saves me quite a bit.
