Anybody ever done those adult bookstore shops for Measure Cuatomer Perspectives please???

Not kidding, but can you purchase whatever you want within their alotted amount???

If so, how is the shop and this msc to work for???

I've never done these shops- I think I would blush! But... they schedulers at Measure are fantastic to work with and should be able to answer your question pretty easily. I do shops daily for this company. They are great and pay quickly. Nicest people, too. I was bonused on my first shop AFTER I submitted it because they thought I did a good job! They may pay out different for their different clients, but at least with my experience, I am paid out for the month prior on the 15th. So, December 1-31 shops were paid in full by January 15th. Very few out there are faster!

Hopefully you won't have to "return" the item, lol!

The shop was not difficult at all. It was fun to look around since I don't get embarrassed by things like that and I could purchase anything I wanted. The items I bought were more gag gifts such as a card game called "How Well do you Know the Birthday B----" for a friend's 50th. (BTW, we just played it recently and it was great fun!) While I don't embarrass easily I still couldn't picture myself turning in an itemized receipt for some of the more interesting merchandise, LOL!

I did one of those shops just exactly once and the first thing I saw was an install-it-yourself pole dancer's kit. There were some objects in that store I couldn't figure out for the life of me. I thought some items in there were some kind of art objects and I finally had to ask a friend of mine a couple days later. When she told me what the thing was my mouth dropped open and I haven't been in there since. Especially when I overheard the manager describing to someone the merits of various blow up dolls.

I did the shop, I got paid, but I don't think I want to go back anytime soon.

Wow, with all your stories and that is the first time I remember you saying you would not do the shop again, LOL!

I do them all the time, I get those instant heat massagers that you just click the tab and they heat up, they are great for sore muscles, I have about a dozen of them.

MCP is great to work with, pays promptly and fairly, the reports are easy if you pay attention, and for the time you spend , you get a great value.

I say go for it.

I also did exactly one of these shops. I wound up getting something for a bachelorette party. But it was highly embarrassing and difficult to get some of the images out of my mind for a long time. There was a "bondage video" playing in the store. You have to visit every department and I couldn't tell you what a lot of that stuff was. I do embarrass easily and it was hard to interact with an employee that wanted to "explain" and ask questions that were open-ended.

I would never go back. Somethings that get into your brain take root and bloom over and over and I just don't need that at all. I need my brain working and clear. lol

There was even molded chocolate candy shaped like various body parts! Now when I make candy my brain sometimes drifts and I wonder where in the world they found those molds. eweeeeeeee

My first was while out on a road trip doing some videos for Measure. I actually got a notice from another MSC for a couple here in town and I'm going next week!

I must just have been lucky. The sales staff in all three of the stores in my area are always polite and discrete, the stores are "Couple friendly" and while they are risque, they are not blaringly trashy.

The more hardcore stuff is generally in a separate room that you have to walk through. But even that you dont have to describe how to use the stuff in your report, just whether or not the shelves are neat and tidy.

Mine was more like yours. I thought the time requirement was only like 15 minutes and it did just encompass the basics of any other mystery shop. The ones I have for next week don't require a purchase and the fee is almost double.

I did it, and wasn't embarrassed in the least. Just FYI, the reimbursement doesn't cover anything substantive. Gag gifts/bachelorette type of stuff is the way to go. I did it mostly for reasons of curiosity, but the fee isn't high enough to entice me to do it again. The MSP has always paid on time.
