Business Census for ATH?

Has anyone done this? The instructions say it's a lot of work, how hard is this exactly?

Good morning!

I haven't completed any of these yet.. but, signed up for it, and the scheduler tried to call me, but I was out on a shop and couldn't get back to her until after business hours.

I am looking forward to it. Yeah, I know it seems detailed. Thankfully, the area on the map I will be canvassing is VERY rural, all within a radius of 10 miles of where I live - so I'm extremely familiar with the back-roads, and (yeah!) all of the businesses in the area!

She had another one open, but dang, I know that area - and there's a HUGE list of businesses crawling all over the place. That census would take several weeks. I am tempted though, for the money, to email her and let her know I would help out in that area if needed.

Has anyone completed the census job for 2013 ? Just wondering about payment.....

My last census for Ath was in 2007.
I made $1200 for 6 days work/gas/time. I was paid in 30 days.

I saw one of these a few months ago and passed....no regrets.

Weird I did not see any on the job board. I looked in my state and in the nation.

I saw it and passed. Maybe next time it comes around.

I received an email earlier this week stating payment had been mailed.

For us newbies, what is it?

You get assigned a geographic area and you go door to door, reporting the name and nature of every business you find there.

Kind of like they do with the population census, only it's not for the government.

Oh, that would be hell in L.A. Where they have 100 businesses under on roof in the wholesale area.

I would think it would be dead easy under those circumstances, LOL. No driving.
