Yes, CRI and Certified are the same thing. Obviously clients are convinced they are getting value for their buck or they would not be working with Certified. Obviously Certified has profits and loyal clients or Market Force would not have bothered purchasing them. Corporate cultures do not need to mesh between arms of a business as long as those arms are kept separated. I find that the Shop 'n Chek arm of Market Force has improved since they went with Market Force and obviously the Certified arm has stayed the same or gotten even worse.
The moment a company accused me of lying, they would be toast in my book forever. I am a professional. I do my work to the best of my ability. If I screw up due to my own fault I will try to fix it--but never through lying. If I screw up because the client's location is not allowing me to do my job (either deliberately or inadvertently), that information will be in my report. If they have questions about a job I have performed, they are welcome to discuss it in a professional manner and that by definition disallows accusations.
