CoRI calendar / choosing a date help

I have a job in my cart and am trying to check out. It says to pick a date but the calendar doesn't allow me to. This is an available shop not a backup. I cannot check out without choosing a date. Any ideas?

Actually, if you really want to do the shop why don't you call them. A scheduler can find out why there are no available dates and if it is just general shop rotation should be able to get you assigned.

I did one assignment for them but not this particular job. I'll just call....thanks for the reply.
I read somewhere on their site that if you were not allowed to choose a date it was because you had shopped that client to recently and were not eligible to shop them again.

That's just an FYI, try to call the scheduler anyway, they may be able to help you!
I believe that there may be some problems with their website. At least on accepting shops. My daughter had the same problem and she's never shopped for them.
It can be EITHER the shopper's rotation or the actual shop rotation. Shop rotation is how many days must pass before anyone can shop the location. In that case even a brand new shopper couldn't go. I know it's confusing, but I'm not really sure how else to refer to it, LOL!

I was a backup and got an email yesterday that the shop was available. I went there by the link and put it in my cart. I couldn't pick the date either, none of the dates worked and I haven't done that site before. IT'S THEM!!!
I had this same problem. It was an available shop and I couldn't select a date. I used the chat and the rep assigned me, she had some explanation about it dealing with dates and such that didn't make sense. I'd never completed a shop for that client before.
So I am reviving this thread with another question about the CORI calendar and dates...

If I can only choose days up to 3 days out, why is it I log on and see the "B" for backup on many, many shops that are up to 4 weeks out? I just am not getting why these are already assigned and of course at the start of $3-$6.

Anyone else have an idea?? Thanks all.
There are four possible reasons. 1. You are out of rotation. 2. The shop is not actually available yet because of rotation. 3. They are not allowing them to assigned this far out. 4. The system is effed up. Take your picksmiling smiley

Backup does not always mean it's assigned. If you know the start date for the project look and see what the date is on an individual shop. If it is a different date then it has been assigned. If they all still show the original date they aren't. Weird I know, but the best part is it does not stop the commissions from increasingwinking smiley

They post them before they are actually available for anyone to self assign as Lisa's #2 says above. I kept trying for one yesterday with a nicely bonused commission and finally e-mailed the scheduler. She replied that she can't reassign it until the 27th. Why they even post them before anyone can accept is what I don't understand, but at least I got an answer.
I tried again to schedule a shop and the calendar wouldn't let me. Why is it on the board, allowing you to put it in your cart, but then won't let you check out? I sent a message and CoRI wrote back saying it's not actually available til Apr 4, and no other explaination.

They post ALL jobs for the month, most say "immeditly" and some give a start date at some time during that month. If a job says "start date 4/20" you can't self assign until 3 days before but you can email a request to have it assigned to you on that date.
I have some advice on this! Make sure your zoom is set to 100%. I have had shops for them in my cart and the calendar would not let me choose a date. I spoke with several of their representatives, this was of no help. I accidently figured out that if my zoom is set to 100%, their calendar always lets me pick a date. Let me know if this works! By the way, this is a reply to the original thread!!

Their system is screwy. Recently I saw a posting for a rotisserie chicken restaurant. I'd never done one of these. I put it in my cart but it wouldn't let me choose a date. I called CORI and the scheduler assigned it to me. BTW, it was bonused at almost $30 (which it never is around here), so I'm sure there must have been a problem with the system. The scheduler said she didn't know why I couldn't choose a date.
Also, when I am on my iPhone and try to chose dates it doesn't let me, but when I do it on my actual computer it lets me. Anyone else have this issue?
I am also having trouble with assigning a date for a shop. I usually just e-mail the scheduler to get it scheduled. I don't have trouble with the little shopping cart just the Backup. They send me messages that they are requesting me for the shop then I can't accept it. Don't get it??? Love this company though.

I also always have issues assigning myself a date. I just email the scheduler or call if I need it for that day before I leave the house and it gets manually assigned to me. I really like the schedulers/staff at this company. They have always treated me with respect and have been understanding if I need a reschedule.
