The Roundys shops are pretty easy. I did one 2 years ago though -- I moved away from Roundys so I haven't seen them on the job board to see if they've changed. I was assigned 2 departments with an interaction, simple description/name of employees I interacted with, simple questionnaire and a simple narrative to back up the answers. The actual shop took longer than the report, which is good!!
