Gapbusters Removal Without Notification

Hello, I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem with Gapbusters. I have been booted out at least twice i the past and they finally return my email as they will not give out their phone number. They told me there was a glitch in the system and apologized. I then recently got booted out again and after several attempts to try and contact them, they refuse to reply to my emails and state why I got booted out again. I also sent an email asking if I was going to get paid for all the shops and favours they called me on begging to do some jobs in which I did and they still refuse to get in touch with me. I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this with this company? This is the only company that has ever done this and i am MSPA Gold Certified. I do not have many good things to say about the customer service on this company but they can sure treat you like you are not important to them as a contractor.

I have not had any problems lately but when they lost the fast food contract a few years ago, I never received payment for the last few of them I did for them. These shops had huge bonuses too.
Thank you for your post. The last few shops I had done for them had huge bonuses attached. Very poor service in my opinion. Seems they offer you a huge bonus and then let you go to avoid payment, not sure, but this is the third time this has happened and their excuse before was there was a glitch in the system.

Why dont you two notify MSPA exactly what you have written...as long as you kept proof of the unpaid and the big bonuses with it. I'd email them and if no response from the Gap, Beter Business Bureau, as some have suggested.
Thanks and I have reported them to MSPA. MSPA was very quick to return my email and they are investigating as I am not the first case like this.
You aren't missing anything. winking smiley They were my first MSC experience and the jobs were not worth it in my opinion so I haven't done anything for them since...
