Problem with Sassie receipts upload

I am trying to complete a Sassie Report for Intellishops but I cannot upload the two receipts. The upload process stops at either 75% or 76%. I reduced the image sizes but is still doesn't work. Anyone have a hint? I have never seen this problem before. Intellishops says if there is a problem with the upload, you can fax them the receipts but Sassie will not let me complete the report without the uploads. I will email the scheduler if this doesn't work later tonight.

I had the same problem tonight with the upload stopping at 75%; I solved the problem by saving and then reentering.

I've had that same problem with BAI and a few other Sassie sites. After entering the first receipt, the next seems to get stuck, or the first won't go at all. I've learned to stop trying and switch to IE and finish the report there. It works fine with Internet Explorer. I've wasted too much time trying over and over again. So if you ever run across that problem again and can't resolve it, try IE.

This is what I do - I just switch over to Google Chrome and it goes through fine...a bit of a hassle though.

I would say this just started happening for me about a couple of weeks ago.

I had this happen to me yesterday on both BARE and Intellishop. It froze at 75%, but then it eventually came through. Just took a lot longer than normal for me.

Same thing happened to me last evening. I just left my computer and when I came back it had finished uploading. It was getting hung up at 75%, but they all went through.

I have the same problem. It either stops at 26% or 76%. I thought maybe it was just me cuz I use my phone to upload most of my reports unless they require a lot of photos.
