Intellishop Survey

I have just done my first shop and when I went back to my email where I was assigned the shop, the website for the survey would not open. I really don't know how I am suppose to do the survey. The website opened when I first read my email and I printed out the survey to become familiar with what I would need to do at the shop. Is the survey done on this website or am I suppose to mail in the survey. The deadline is tomorrow and I don't want to lose the payment for this shop. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

The survey should be on the website. When you log in, on your shop log you should be able to identify the shop and in the section with blue underlinings (second column) there should be 'guidelines' 'printer friendly' 'help/contact' links and a link to enter the report. I am going to assume that is where you printed the copy of the survey you have and that you clicked on 'guidelines' earlier to let the survey link show up.
Yes, I did have the spot for guidelines and I opened that up and printed out the survey. But, the next time I tried to open it to do my actual survey, it would not open - it just said "Page Not Found". When I did log in it there was a section with my profile info at the top and another group of boxes under that where there was a place for Job ID and Status. There are numbers for dates of shops but nothing else. It looks like I have no active shops but I was assigned this shop. I sent them an email explaining but haven't heard back. You are saying that the survey is done at that website where the guidelines are? Thank you for your response as I am totally new to this and I hope I won't lose the payment since the deadline is tomorrow. I appreciate your help.
Under Status/Job ID, your job should be listed saying "New" with a number. If there is nothing there, it may have been removed from your Shopper Log. If you were assigned the shop by a scheduler, IntelliShop usually asks in the assignment e-mail that you confirm the shop. The "Confirm" link would have been found in the Actions column (which is where you will also find Guidelines, Print/View, Comments, etc.)

The other thing you can do is click on Help/Contact. That link is also found in the Actions column with current shops.

I hope it works out for you, nalehoop. It's stressful enough being brand new doing a shop, without your being unable to input your shop report!

I agree with Shops - In the Confirmation Email you received awarding you the Shop - there is a link there that may tell you to "Click to Confirm Acceptance" or something similar.

IF you did not follow that link and then Click on the CONFIRM link on your job board - then the job will be removed. It sounds like this is possibly what happened and it's unfortunate.

After you are assigned a job, When you log in, your job board should look like this (but columns):

NEW
# 2087353

*CONFIRM!
*Guidelines
*View/Submit
*Comments
*Help/Contact

Thank you shops4aliving and r@inyDayZ3 for your input. This is the first chance I have had to get back to this forum but I really do appreciate the help. I did click the confirmation address I was sent and I did get the guidelines, etc. The next time I clicked it I was taken to the page where my shop would be listed but no shops were listed. I clicked on the area where it says if you have any questions this will contact the scheduler but it came up that "this shop cannot be found". Like I said earlier, I have left a message and hopefully someone will contact me. Intellishop seemed to be a good one to work with so I'm hoping it will all work out. Again, thanks for your help.

With the survey I couldn't open I did get another address from Intellishop which I was able to open. On my survey there is a question for "discount price quoted from msrp" and I answered $20,750. The survey came back and said it must be a number. I took out the comma and got the same error comment. It will not let me submit the shop. How do I answer this question since it says it must be a number and I am entering 20,750 which is a number. I'm sure it's something I am doing wrong but I don't know what. Does anyone know?

You guys helping are really really nice sweet people.
I just started this mystery shopping thing and finding this website was such a gift. I feel like there's someone out there with an answer for anything and everyone seems so willing to help. I really have lucked out with help from others and one day I hope I can repay.
