amusement shops

I performed an amusement park shop recently. Although I enjoy these shops and like the company who offers them, I am having a problem. I wrote detailed narratives regarding all of my interractions and required obsevations. These totaled 40 plus narratives. Many(most of) the interractions were literally between 30 seconds and one minute. Of course, my report was sent back for additional information. I added as much additional detail as I could humanly muster. The report has been sent back, again, for more detailed information. Does anyone have advice for me?? I certainly would not "pad" the report...but I have no more details to give!!! Also, this shop doesn't actually "pay" you. I received 2 tickets up front and spent $200.00 which will not be reimbursed. My reward for performing this shop will be to receive 3 additional tickets after(if) my report is accepted. I need some help here guys...thanks!

Evidently you have worked for this company before successfully, so this does not sound like you don't 'get it' about what they generally want. If the requests for more detail are about the same items you already sent additional detail for, it is time to pick up the phone or email if they did not give you a phone number. It is completely appropriate to state, "I don't know what you are driving at. I thought I had given you the detail on these when I resubmitted. What am I still missing?"

Sometimes a second request for more info is sent because they didn't receive or haven't located your response to the first request. (No, I'm not going to say they didn't bother looking for your response.)
Explain it the way you just explained it to us. For the encounters that were 30 seconds and one minute tell them that the encounter was so short there is no more to tell.
Yeah sometimes the amusement part of these shops gets lost in the process. But I do hope that you had fun.
