Just a heads up - if one of your shops is missing, check their other site. It took a few emails back and forth with the scheduler to realize they had moved my Service Intelligence jobs over to the In-Touch site.
Eeeek! If you have any shops with them, double check the requirements too. Not only did they change the site on me, but they changed what I was required to purchase. I found that out, after the fact, when I went to submit the report.
