On mine a few weeks ago I e-mailed after discovering it was going to be the same rep at two different locations. They pulled one of the shops. While that didn't bother me, I e-mailed that day because the stores were in the same shopping center and I had personal errands which would kill the time in between. The rep had not shown up at the first store so I told them I would check out the second. I did, she was not there, and I never heard a word from them.
Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.
