I agree with ffrieszell also. I agree with you that I don't see anything wrong with it. The reason I posted that it's still illegal is that ffrieszell sounded like she had convinced herself that, because of all stated reasons, it must be legal ("So with that in mine I believe that is consent."

I will continue to record calls, right or wrong, legal or illegal because that's the only way I could possibly provide a thorough report. I just needed to state that our believing that it's OK doesn't make it legal.
