Advice needed on upcoming shop

I'm scheduled for a new home shop on Friday. I'd also been scheduled for this shop two weeks ago; it was cancelled because the agent I was to evaluate had been promoted and no longer showed homes, but worked at Corporate. So, they've scheduled me again for same shop, same agent. After I called the neighborhood development today I was advised that a new agent was on the schedule this week. I emailed the scheduler and informed her that the scheduled agent was not there and asked her how to proceed. She emailed me back that the developer wants the promoted agent shopped and that's what she's scheduled me to do. HE'S NOT GOING TO BE THERE! What to do?

Well, if you want to be snarky you could ask where the promoted agent now is so you can shop him/her as they are no longer at the scheduled site smiling smiley

Can you call tomorrow and see when the promoted agent is scheduled to be there because it was suggested you talk with him/her? Then get back with your scheduler, indicating the next date(s) that the target will be there and ask if she would like to extend the shop for you to visit then or how she would like to handle it. Since it looks like there was a miscommunication on your email, I would try to talk with your scheduler by phone. If you are still unable to get your scheduler to understand the situation and there is no "Plan B" available, I would just cancel the job because you aren't going to be able to shop someone who isn't there no matter how fast you spin your tires.
Your shceduler is not listening. They are like mules. A two by four up side
the head is sometimes necessary to get their attention. Try to get your
scheduler to LISTEN.
As it turned out, my scheduler resolved this matter by email to me - a few hours after I posted here!
