Has anyone ever received this email before

You have received the following citation from Judi Hartleben:
Flaked on a shop; no response to email/voicemail
[STATUS=PUBLICLY DEACTIVATED]
[DO NOT EMAIL=OFF]

This citation is worth a shop rating of 0 for 0 shop(s).

I googled this person and it looks like she is president for Service Alliance. I have never shopped for them before. I emailed her back but no got a response. I have been shopping for over 5 years and have never been deactivated.

Wow, that is a bummer! I wonder if they screwed up and assigned a shop to you they thought they were assigning to someone else? Or did they just assign the "Flake" status to you thinking they were assigning it to someone else. You are right to try to clear it up. Since they are a Sassie company, it would/could be useful to look at their job board and see what your supposed "Flake" was about and use the Help/Contact to point out that the job is not one you ever self assigned, requested or even knew about.
Flash,

I just found out what happened. I was sick with the flu mid Sept, and I emailed the schedule to cancel this shop, well she sent my name to the president of the company that I had not answered any of her emails and didnt perform the shop. Well she didnt know that I save all of my emails that I get well except for the spam. I sent Ms Judi an copy of the email where the scheduled cancelled the shop. All she could say was mistakes happen. yeah right. The scheduler is having alot of family problems and she made a mistake. I let her know that I have never missed a shop and didnt like the email that was sent. If the scheduler cant do her job, she just blames it on the shopper. Let this be a lesson to everyone keep all of your emails from any shops. I dont plan on shopping for this company any more.

Patty
Glad you got it sorted out. I have for years preserved emails and luckily Gmail gives me lots of space to do it. When there is a problem--bonus wasn't paid, shop wasn't paid but has disappeared off the job board, etc.--I just go back and reply in the Gmail thread with the whole conversation attached.
