The scheduler actually responded to my email within minutes and gave me the same answer
. I was glad I asked, because the special instructions were not written in complete sentences, thus making them confusing to me. Plus it was my first time doing these shops, so it took me a while to understand what was expected of me.
I'm sorry your calls were a pain! What went wrong?
I scheduled 4, and only 1 was somewhat difficult. It wasn't even the representative's fault, I just kept losing connection for some reason and ended up recording 6 calls. My other calls went well, but only because I spent way too much time on preparing. I even researched the local hospitals and names of doctors, in case that came up. (It did during my first call!)
