Question about Companies to record phone calls

I am trying to help someone find a company they can use to record phone calls, like they use for the apartment shops. The phone call prior to the onsite visit. RecordMyCall site was hit by the Sandy Storm and they are looking for another company similar to that.

Has anyone used a different recording site, or have knowledge of a different business they would recommend?

I apologize if this is not the place to post this question, I wasn't sure where it would get the most viewing.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only one I'm familiar with is called Voczilla, or something like that. I don't know if that's the software or a company.

Hi everyone, long time lurker. We use a company caller recordiapro [www.Recordiapro.com] - We have about 15 callers all over the USA and it's really simple. Recordiapro gives them an 800 number to speed dial before they call the next organization. Everything is recorded and accessible online. It's actually pretty cool I can make the caller ID show up as anything I want.

I highly recomend them.

Just to say and I know that was not your question, but I do many recorded calls and do not be apprehensive I have had no problem with it. Just do not think about being recorded and make the call as you normally would. Yes Voczilla I think that is how it is spelled.
