Yes. Their site is superflaky. You cannot get the information you need using Firefox but must use Internet Explorer. I am well passed having heart attacks when I go on site and discover that the check marks have disappeared on all of the jobs I have requested without them being assigned to me or someone else. Or going in and discovering that all of my completed assignments have disappeared from the 'Performance reports'. Or going in to check my currently assigned shops only to be told there are 'No shops in your city'. Flake, flake, flake. Try again in half an hour. I also am beyond getting upset to be assigned jobs only to have them unassigned because the auction house has changed the schedule and all open houses and auctions in the area are on the same two days.
They indicate payments are processed 2 weeks after your last assignment at a particular location. It looks more like they process payments 2 weeks after the auction date and about 2 weeks after that you receive your check.
