KSS International

I applied for a shop through KSS and I was informed that my account has been deactivated. There was a note saying to contact the following: admin@kernscheduling.com

I've sent several emails since last night and no one has gotten back to me. I don't know what I did wrong to be deactivated, but I would sure like to know.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Maybe you were deactivated for inactivity? Since Kern schedules for other companies, I can't imagine it was anything you did. It must be Inactivity or not updating your info. I logged in to my account after reading this, thinking maybe I've been deactivated for inactivity - I haven't done very much for them in the last almost-18 months since QAMS got a new scheduler.

No, I haven't had this experience but may I suggest that you stop sending them emails for now and give them time to respond? IMO, sending several emails within a 24-hour period is overkill.

I haven't had this experience, but I'm wondering if you were on the KSS job board or the job board for the company. If you were on the KSS job board, I would I go to the MSC's website and see if you can login there. It seems odd that you would be able to login and apply if you were deactivated.
I would contact them. I dont work that much for them as they dont have alot of work in my rural patch.
Someone from KSS just posted here a few days ago. As a last resort you could try a PM?

Can someone explain to me the relationship between 'Reality Check' and 'KSS International?' Thanks!!

Reality Check is a mystery shopping company. KSS is a scheduling company. They schedule mystery shopping assignments for a number of different mystery shopping companies.
