I am in the middle of writing a report that I used my new Olympus DVR WS-801 to record as a test run. I'm not sure what I did but the recording is playing back at a really fast speed so I sound like one of the Chipmunks! I pieced together the entire report except for the salesperson's name. I have played the recording back three times and for the life of me, I can not understand his name.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem and slow the playback mode? I can't submit the report without the missing name. I am not sure what to do. HELP!
