If there was a reimbursed meal with it, I'd have done it for $9. But if the food was on your dime, you're right, that's too cheap.
My rule is I don't get out of the car for less than $7.50 unless I am hungry.
I don't interact with multiple people for less than $15.
I don't do car shops (any more) for less than $30 unless I have to kill time somewhere to do other shops, and then my bottom price is $20 only if test drive is not required.
And I don't go out of town for less than $100 for the day and double the estimated gas cost.
Each of us has to make our own rules. I find my "not for less than $XX" amount goes up the longer I shop and the more I find it possible to catch $30-50 shops now and then.

I pray it does not occur that the last thing I did before I died was vacuum the house or eat broccoli.
