Hi Beisen - I don't meet your qualifications as I only did 642 shops last year and I think that's probably about half-speed. Just want to share a thought that you might get better information from the full time shoppers if you approach with a more cordial attitude which does not insult the part timers. We're all in this together, and you don't seem to be together. I know you don't want to hear from me because I'm a part timer, but you don't get to decide who gets to post. I think starting your own site is a great idea. The sooner, the better.

All I have to say is this is a most enjoyable and laughable thread! Thanks for the entertainment. Beisen, thid was not meant as a post for you as I am very part time, but even so I am very intelligent, and intellectual too I might add (and female to boot, but i guess I do not qualify as a housewife since I have a full time professional job on the side). So I hope you did not bother reading the above. If you did just strike it from your memory.
While I always admire candor and succinctness, both of which beison has displayed, without civility they are traits that are unbecoming. His rudeness to several posters, in my opinion, is extremely unacceptable. Posters who have in the past, and currently, share their experiences and offer aid to those in need. I have taken myself off of mystery shopping companies lists if I do not make the kind of money that I expect. I write companies to let them know why I wish to be removed from their list of shoppers. As to $10.00 for a shop to drive even 20 minutes, take a photo and do a one hour report, it is not really worth my time and energy. I recently had a hard drive crash and had no computer for five days. The mystery shop client would not pay me for my explanation, which I believe was really valid. The $10.00 was not worth it, nor was it to be refused by the mystery shopping company and its client. We are valuable in the mystery shopping community. Believe that you are really worth more than what most companies are paying these days.

Hello again Beisen. Thank you for responding to my response. God already saved my spouse, but thank you for your kind and thoughtful comment which has intensified my previous impression. I'm hoping you can get your private forum up and running right away. This would be to everyone's benefit, especially yours since you are so upset that other shoppers dare to post regardless of whether they meet your specifications. How arrogant is it to come on the forum and post a request for personal financial information without divulging any of your own, and then give instructions about who may and may not reply? Who would have ever thought that might not work out well? What made you think we would take instruction? Just for you, I've given up wit and started asking questions. Do you like that better?

I have been waiting on the side lines reading the posts and have been very amused. I am new here and was wondering whether or not to join in. This beison has some nerve. The forum has moderators who can deactivate someone and people do not get booted for disagreeing. Hell, if that happened we wouldn't have much of a forum. The only things I've seen that would guarantee someone get shown the door are recurring spam posts and abusive behavior.

I thought this is supposed to be a private forum, I was not aware they can sensor people, that makes me very leery to say things.
First, there is nothing private about the forum. Anyone can read it and anyone can join. Second, there is no censorship, but there are posting guidelines.

I am not concerned because of that, I was curious as to why someone who calls someone a rude name does not get banned, such as Troll? I have seen many posts against beson calling it to him and it seems it is selective. That is what concerns me. I guess my problem is censorship on any level. Yes, he might be obnoxious, but I did not see the need to be censored, ignored maybe, but not censored, who may be next?

I have no idea, I was picking up on what its a secret said, she (he) seemed very definitive about it, but I hope that is not the case. It would diminish us all. The free and open exchange of ideas is what a forum is supposed to be. Yes there will always be those that are contrary to public opinion, but that is precisely why we need to keep this open and never ban anyone. It is a very slippery slope and I am reluctant to get involved in something if I feel it is contrary to my beliefs.
Reading one thread does not really provide a good overview of anyone posting on it and the forum as a whole.
