If you are just starting and haven't completed any mystery shops, I wouldn't worry too much about video yet. The shops are usually those requiring a longer scenario, such as apartments, new homes, new cars and senior living facilities. The longer shops are better to save until you are more comfortable. Plus the equipment is expensive and it takes training.
