Scam?! "Mystery Assessor Job"

Has anyone else got this email?

Hello,

There is a mystery assessor job open, please reply if you are interested to partake in the shopping assignment we have offered. Market Force is a company that conducts surveys and evaluates other companies.

We get hired to go to other companies and act like customers in order to know how the staffs are handling their services in relation to their customers. Once we have a contract to do you would be directed to the company or outlet, and you would be given the funds you need to do the job either to purchase things or require services after which you would write a comment on the staffs activities and give a detailed record of your experience.

Your wages would be US 300 per assignment Examples of details you would forward to us are 1) How long it took you to get services. 2) Efficiency of the attendant. 3) Customer service professionalism. Your identity would be kept confidential and you would be paid 300US for every assignment you carry out. Due to the volume of employment applications received I will require the following details about yourself to filter applicants:

* Full Name
* Complete ( full ) postal address with zip code
* Cell phone number

You would be given full details of every activity you have to carry out and your payment would be included in your acceptance mail. It is imperative you reply this email as soon as possible to signify your continued interest.

Thank You,
Alan McCoy.

The word "partake" was as far as I needed to read to know it was a scam. Foreign scammers just don't use the same words we do. You can tell they are using a translator or dictionary to pick their words.

We partake in a meal, but not a shop.

I pray it does not occur that the last thing I did before I died was vacuum the house or eat broccoli.
Hi!
I actually received a phone call last week (from Canada). I was asked to verify my name and address, as they were going to send out a packet with training materials. Toward the end of the conversation, the person (Elizabeth) asked that I call them before I did anything with the packet and asked who I banked with. She said they would be sending a check to cover up front expenses. After hanging up, I called them right back and requested tht they do not send anything. I explained that I was uncomfortable receiving money up front. As much as I would love to shop with someone else's money, I do not want to be caught up in a westwern union scam -and I am fairly sure that this call was one of those. Since I am on board with a few Canadian companies, the Canada exchange did not set off any alarm bells. The advance check did. Thanks to this forum, I had heard of a scam someone else had gotten mixed up in. THANKS!!!!!
