The moron, troll, asshat, whatever...has left the building. Thanks Jacob and/or mods.

Any guesses on how long it will take for him to clone himself?

Are you sure you have the faculties to conduct mystery shops? Good Lord! You must either be 12 (although I think most 12-year-olds have heard of pilates in this day & age) or a complete moron. Or, maybe just an ass! Yeah, I think that one's it. Ha! smiling smiley

I would ask what gave it away and then send all emails off to the company. This certainly sounds like an integrity issue. Agents are often pretty spot on with their jobs, it makes me wonder how many of these apt shops were actually not affected by recorded phone calls.

Dr. Squash,

You are so right. I did a shop and the salesperson spent so much time trying to "out" me (he actually asked me if I was a shopper) that he did not sell me on the item. I would say a good 80% of the shop he was asking questions designed to trip me up. The scheduler was horrified and thankful that I had told him I had no idea what he was talking about. It was kind of fun to write the report, because I would hate to have had him treat me like that if I were a real prospect. Ugh.
