Guest Check Inc

Has anyone else had problems with Guest Check Inc? I did a restaurant shop and got a score of 1 because I didn't bring a second person. Their form isn't Sassie/Prophet, so it's a weird form that's somewhat difficult to navigate, but nowhere on any of the links did they mention that my restaurant shop required two people. The instruction only stated that two menu and drink items needed to be ordered and only up to one family could go. Can they reject a shop that they didn't clarify in the instructions?

There are no stupid questions, but there are a lot of inquisitive idiots

It would never occur to me that I could do a dining shop by myself if the ordering requirement was TWO meals and TWO beverages unless it was a take-out shop. For a dine-in shop, would it not make a shopper stand out if she ordered TWO meals and TWO drinks?
I think they should have specified, "For this shop you MUST bring a guest." But probably the ordering requirements should have sparked in inquiry to clarify if a guest was needed.

Did they actually reject the shop and refuse to pay, or just ding your score for not following invisible instructions?

I pray it does not occur that the last thing I did before I died was vacuum the house or eat broccoli.
Obviously, yes, it would make sense that two meals would require two individuals, but it is far from uncommon to order a meal for oneself and a meal to go (which was exactly what I did). Being that the shop didn't specifically state two shoppers were required, I assumed it would be okay. Regardless of whether or not something seems like common sense, if the instructions don't clearly state something in the instructions, I don't see how I can be refused payment for not following instructions.

itsasecret, I was given a 1/5 and the feedback said I wouldn't be paid. After I talked to the scheduler, she said the client might give a partial payment.
There are times that I notice some of these "invisible" instructions are in the original email or on the site as a description of the shop when I sign up. Then when I go to double check the rules I cannot find it anywhere else and the original description does not show anymore. I try to save everything now for this purpose until my shop is paid. Unfortunately that means I have hundreds and hundreds of saved emails. I have never been to a restaurant shop where it is okay to take part of the meal as a to go, unless the whole shop was to go.
She wrote "two menu and drink items." That doesn't necessarily mean it had to be entrees. I have been out to eat by myself and ordered an appetizer, an entree, a soda, and a coffee after dinner. That would be two menu items and two drink items.
