Informa Down?

Anybody having problems getting into their website? I have a shop to report but am told the site is under going maintenance.

I assume the correct procedure is to contact the scheduler, let them know you can not submit report? I called and left a message and also emailed.

If it's an Prophet company they are all down today for maintenance.

Does anyone know if Automotive Insights uses the Prophet system? I have never worked for them before but I can't get onto their web site either and I need to access the forms.

I already contacted my scheduler who is with an outside scheduling company.

I could be wrong, but I think that Automotive Insights is also on the Prophet system.

We can only do what we can. I went ahead and downloaded the proof of visit and sent to my scheduler. The dates and time I sent should be adequate back up.
