Again, it's likely a reshop of A with just another letter in front of it. It is EXACTLY the A shop. The package can weigh whatever you want AS LONG as it is AT LEAST 1 lb 2 oz. I often do these to offset the cost of shipping eBay items, items to my condo, or Chrismtas gifts. I am certain I have mailed things that have weighed far more than 2 lbs.
