Can't choose date on CRI calendar for shop

Has anybody else ever trouble being able to click on a calendar date on the popup window for CRI? I add a shop to my cart, click on the calendar, but cannot click on any of the dates within the 3-day window for the shop.

it probably cant be done within the next 3 days. have to wait until its in the first days that are green before being able to assign it.

I also have issues with various browsers on different devices. Chrome on my phone will allow me to put in my cart, but it seems only dates can be chosen on Safari, or is it vice versa? LOL.

I have trouble selecting dates on my iPhone 4S, but I can do it no problem on my laptop.
use the dolphin browser it works fine with their site on mobile devices...

They told me it's because I was still within the "can't reshop" period for that client. But I know that has happened before with one or two I've never shopped before.
The only buttons that work for me are gray. I guess I don't quite understand all that yet.

Do you know of any browsers that will handle their reports from a mac? I have PC's that I can access, but it sure would be handier to be able to do my reports from my main computer, a macbook pro.

I have been able to do all my CORI reports on a MacBook Air using either chrome or Firefox except for the one where you have to take a pic of every pump. That one is painful on my Mac.

On occasion, I will get the error message with every keystroke, but it seems random as to when that shows up. If I does I type my comments in open office and cut and paste them in. You the have to clear the error once every comment box instead of once every letter.
The blue buttons work. The red green and gray means you are not eligible because you or someone else shopped that assignment and it is too soon for you to ask for the assignment.
I clicked 2 gray buttons the other day and I got the shops. I'm doing them today actually, so...?? And, I've never ever seen blue buttons. I'm using IE9...strange huh? smiling smiley
I have a lot of problems scheduling shops through CORI. It seems like half the time I'm contacting their help desk because I can't choose a date. Even when it's within the available dates.
