Is Taco Bell shopped?

I'd love to shop mine, but they actually provide pretty consistently excellent service here. It's the KFC that needs an attitude adjustment here.

I am aware of only one location in the 50 mile radius from me (Florida).
Both of the above locations as well as Pizza Hut are shopped by the same company.

They are shopped a lot! Still does not help the quality of their food.
Yes, they are shopped. However, IMHO, the $15 flat rate is not enough pay for what is required. With one MSC, a drive thru and walk-in evaluation, several (in store) photos of a specific kind of taco, and fairly detailed narratives are required.

Must be a different MSC than the one I have. My reports does not requires photos and they do KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.

Maybe those are corporate shops vs. some of the others being done by franchise owners or competitors.

Seth, does that mean that you are 50% sure that it is NOT???
Just did my first of 3 Taco Bell shops today--the one with the long printout. Onsite took about 25 minutes. Uploading the pictures and doing the report took another 20 or so. Probably not the best $11/shop, but all are close to home and I had nothing else scheduled for today.

Thanks for sharing! I had some issues getting to my printouts.. and because of the call ahead, I am doing mine on Wed. The paperwork size is intimidating! Glad to hear onsite was only 25 minutes. At least I don't have a lot to remember on this one! I can bring the papers and check things off! Was your location pretty accomodating? I have never done one of these kind before!
They were very surprised when I showed up. I eat there with some artist friends every Tuesday and Friday [assuming I'm not shopping]. They were surprised to see it was me doing the audit. Very accommodating, and I anticipate the other two will be just as easy to do although I've never been to them.

I never thought of them recognizing me from being a regular customer.. I will be going to the one near my workplace and I sometimes pick up lunch there from time to time. I'm a little excited and nervous at the same time.
