Yes, you MUST make your own list because to disclose who shops whom is a violation of your ICA. And yes, they do get out of date as many clients apparently have only one year contracts and some may even do one shot shops. Plus of course many locations can be shopped by various clients--the chain itself, the local franchise holder, the beverage supplier, etc. There is always a fruitbasket turnover in January as clients most frequently do the change over then. And of course in this economy clients 'drop out' as they can afford the expense less or go into bankruptcy.
